  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-returnable Items

  • Clearance and Sale items (marked as clearance or 50% off) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Personalized or customized products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

  • After we confirm your eligibility, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us at support@teeflair.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@teeflair.com with photographic evidence. We will quickly rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by TeeFlair.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. TeeFlair.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
